Great awakenings often emerge from profound suffering. Sometimes, one must endure the most formidable trials before opening their eyes to truth. My own journey has been a transformation from the darkness of tragedy to a philosophical awakening.
At the age of eighteen, a tragic accident made my need to question existence inevitable. In that accident, I lost my two sisters, who now reside within me as an eternal longing. This loss compelled me to perceive life not merely as a state of being but as a meaningful process of creation. The months I spent in a coma became a gateway, opening my consciousness to the depths of existence.
As an industrial designer and architect, the international design awards I received through the company I founded were but reflections of this process of creation. Art and design attain their true depth when nourished by philosophical foundations. Over time, I realized that every drawing, every design I created carried the responsibility that life had entrusted to me.
My first philosophical novel, Zamanı Yırtmak, published in 2007, was a literary manifestation of this quest for meaning. Donating all proceeds from this work to Bolluca Children’s Village was not merely an act of financial support, but a testament to my responsibility toward humanity. This journey, initiated with Zamanı Yırtmak, deepened with Zahiri, and together these two works laid the foundational stones of a transreligious perspective and the philosophy of Eteryanism.
Throughout my life, art and philosophy have been the two fundamental pillars I pursued. In my poetry, paintings, and designs, I have always strived to reflect this depth. Now, at the age of 63, I present Eterya as a continuation of this long journey.
Eterya stands before you as the most mature embodiment of the Eteryanist philosophy I have developed regarding life, existence, and the universe. This book is a reflection of my consciousness and existential journey, a distillation of the insights I have gained while searching for the meaning of life.
Eteryanism is the discovery of my journey through existence—an exploration of the universe, consciousness, and the essence of the human soul.
For years, I believed that the greatest shortcoming of Eteryanist philosophy was the underdevelopment of artificial intelligence and technology. However, the rapid advancements in these fields in recent years have brought forth immense opportunities for humanity, along with significant risks of misuse. At this juncture, I firmly believe that technology must be guided ethically and consciously.
Eterya is not merely a book; it is a symbol of a consciousness, an existence, and a philosophy passed down through generations.
The editor and translator of this book is my daughter, Tuana Yazıcı.
Tuana, who stepped into the art world at the age of four with her first painting exhibition, and who at seven wrote and illustrated her first children’s book, achieving remarkable success in the literary world, has consistently made me proud with her creative contributions to space technologies and artificial intelligence.
Fluent in Turkish, English, German, and French, Tuana, despite being only 24 years old, has completed her law education and contributes to the field of justice as a young legal scholar. She has founded three companies dedicated to improving life on Earth through space technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as a foundation combating human and animal trafficking.
Tuana is not only my pride but also an inspiration to all of humanity.

Yeni Bilinç Felsefesi
Büyük uyanışlar genellikle derin acıların ardından gelir. İnsan, bazen en ağır sınavlardan geçmeden hakikate gözlerini açamaz. Benim yaşam yolculuğum da trajedinin karanlığından felsefi bir uyanışa evrildi.
18 yaşımda yaşadığım trajik kaza, varoluşu sorgulama ihtiyacımı kaçınılmaz hale getirdi. O kazada, içimde sonsuz bir özlemle yaşayan iki kız kardeşimi kaybettim. Bu kayıp, hayatı yalnızca bir var olma hali olarak değil, anlamlı bir yaratım süreci olarak görmeye yöneltti. Koma halim, bilincimi varoluşun derinliklerine açan bir kapıya dönüştü.
Endüstri tasarımcısı ve mimar olarak kurduğum şirketimde, uluslararası alanda kazandığım tasarım ödülleri, bu yaratım sürecinin bir yansımasıydı. Sanat ve tasarım, felsefi temellerle beslendiğinde çok daha derinlikli bir hale geliyor. Zamanla fark ettim ki her çizimimde, her tasarımımda, hayatın bana sunduğu bu sorumluluğu yansıtıyorum.
2007 yılında yayımlanan ilk felsefi romanım Zamanı Yırtmak, bu anlam arayışımın edebi bir yansımasıydı. Bu eserin tüm gelirlerini Bolluca Çocuk Köyü’ne bağışlamak, yalnızca maddi bir destek değil, insanlığa duyduğum sorumluluğun da bir göstergesiydi. Zamanı Yırtmak ile başlayan bu yolculuk, devamı niteliğindeki Zahiri ile derinleşti ve her iki eser, dinlerüstü bir bakış açısının ve Eteryanist felsefenin temel taşlarını oluşturdu.
Sanat ve felsefe, hayatım boyunca peşinden gittiğim iki temel kavram oldu. Şiirlerimde, resimlerimde ve tasarımlarımda daima bu derinliği yansıtmaya çalıştım. Şimdi, 63 yaşımda, bu uzun yolculuğun bir devamı olarak sizlere Eterya’yı sunuyorum.
Eterya, yaşama, varoluşa ve evrene dair geliştirdiğim Eteryanist felsefenin en olgun ürünü olarak karşınızda duruyor. Bu kitap, bilinç ve varoluş yolculuğumun, hayatın anlamını ararken edindiğim farkındalıkların bir yansıması olarak doğdu.

Yıllarca, Eteryanist felsefenin en büyük eksikliğinin yapay zeka ve teknolojinin yeterince olgunlaşmamış olması olduğunu düşündüm. Ancak son yıllarda bu alanlarda yaşanan hızlı gelişmeler, insanlık için büyük fırsatlar sunduğu gibi, kötüye kullanılma riskini de beraberinde getirdi. Bu noktada, teknolojilerin etik ve bilinçli bir şekilde yönlendirilmesi gerektiğine inanıyorum.
Eterya, yalnızca bir kitap değil; nesilden nesile aktarılan bir bilincin, bir varoluşun ve bir felsefenin simgesidir.
